Avison Young hires associate director

Pippa Heron is joining the firm’s Newcastle office following roles at Sansec Developments and igloo Regeneration, where she contributed to key developments across the city including Stephenson Quarter and Ouseburn.

Her appointment comes as the real estate firm looks to continue to expand its services across the North East region, following an increased shift in investment after regional devolution.

Previously, she worked as development project manager for Sansec for almost a year, and held the same role at igloo for around four years before that.

Heron has also worked at Kapex Construction, LOK Developments, and Cushman & Wakefield.
