Chris Pearson retires from Naylors
After almost 40 years in the industry, including 20 at the Newcastle-based real estate company, Pearson is downing tools from his partner role leading the firm’s office and retail team.
He will be succeeded by Jessica Ross.
Pearson began his surveying career in 1988, joining Jones Lang Wootton, before working at De Groot Collis and then Chesterton, where he rose to director level.
He became a partner at Gavin Black & Partners in 2004 and helped shape the business through its evolution into Naylors Gavin Black and, more recently, Naylors.
Keith Stewart, managing partner of Naylors, said: “It has been a real pleasure working with Chris since both our businesses merged in 2019.
“He will leave the team in the good hands of Jessica Ross who leads the office and retail agency activity.
“On behalf of myself, the Partners and all of the team, we thank Chris for his outstanding contribution and wish him a long, happy, and thoroughly deserved retirement.”
