Energy & Power added to Place North’s 2025 events calendar
Place North is hosting a conference dedicated to this vital infrastructure element – part of a robust series of events we are holding next year that cover everything from industrial and logistics to town centre regeneration.
Energy & Power will be held starting at 8am on 16 September in Manchester. The half-day conference is sponsored by Mills & Reeve, Caddick, and Hydrock, now Stantec.
Expect to discuss the current energy situation as well as our future prospects in the realm of hydrogen and nuclear and the renewable trifecta of onshore and offshore wind, hydro, and solar.
We will also be digging into the questions that matter surrounding power. What does our energy infrastructure mean for the nation’s economy, in terms of investment, skills, and jobs? Will energy secretary Ed Miliband’s plans deliver the real change we need? How can the push for sustainable energy sources can provide a better future for the industry and our office workers, residents, and communities?
