Erudus signs for Panther House

The 5,000 sq ft Newcastle Business Park office building has been let to the firm, which is a specialist in nutrition data.

Avison Young and JRBT Commercial are joint agents on the building at Asama Court within the park.

Panther House is a detached two-storey office building with open-plan office accommodation and meeting rooms. The building has 19 dedicated car park spaces and has been let on a five-year FRI lease.

Jon Shayler, chief executive of Erudus, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to have secured Panther House for the next five years.

“We’ve been searching for the right premises to accommodate our growing business, and with its beautiful views and ample space for our state-of-the-art new Image Capture studio, as well as expanding team, Panther House is ideal. We look forward to moving in and making ourselves at home.

Adam Lawson, surveyor at Avison Young, added; “Securing Erudus as tenants at Panther House on a 5-year lease is an excellent result for all parties. This letting further strengthens the already impressive occupancy rates at Newcastle Business Park, and highlights that the park remains a desirable location and environment for businesses to operate from.”
