Flannels set to open at Teesside Park

Having announced plans in 2023, the luxury fashion chain will finally open its 17,500 sq ft unit at the Stockton-on-Tees retail and leisure destination in November.

Owner and operator British Land represented itself in the deal, as did Flannel’s own in-house team as part of the Frasers Group.

The former Sports Direct unit has been revamped. Set across two floors, it will offer Flannels’ usual selection of luxury brands and up-market streetwear.

Sports Direct itself relocated to a new megastore earlier this year, located in the former Laura Ashley, Argos, USC, and MenKind units.
