H&H Land & Estates makes senior North East and Yorkshire promotion

Robert Jauneika has been appointed as director, heading up the company’s land agency business throughout the two regions and further continuing its expansion into Yorkshire.

Jauneika joined H&H in 2019 and since then has provided a wide range of rural professional advisory and agency services from the company’s Durham office.

He has worked at H&H for six years and previously spent two years at National Trust.

He has helped develop the business, the company’s geographical spread and client portfolio and as a director and chartered surveyor, he will continue to act on behalf of a growing number of clients in agency work including residential, commercial and renewable energy development sites.

Jauneika said: “Over the past six years, I have seen the company grow and change enormously, and I am immensely excited to help lead the company going forwards, across all areas of the business.

“It’s a fascinating time for land agency in general, with constant new challenges we are helping our clients to meet.”

Tim Sedgewick, H&H Land & Estates managing director, said: “Robert has consistently outperformed our expectations, and his teamwork and leadership have played a major part in the growth and development of our business during our expansion into Yorkshire.

“Robert offers a level of commitment and expertise that our clients need today as never before, and as a RICS Assessor for the Assessment of Professional Competence, he will continue to support our prospective APC candidates across the business, giving them the mentorship and guidance essential for their professional development.”
