Karbon Homes set for Durham green light

The developer is working in collaboration with the Durham Aged Mineworkers Homes Association on a 42-bungalow scheme on land in Trimdon village.

Durham County Council has recommended the development for approval.

The project team also consists of JDDK Architects and Hedley Planning.

Located roughly nine miles west of Hartlepool, the five-acre parcel of land is situated off Salters Lane and is made up of part agricultural land and part vacant land, formerly a petrol station.

On completion, the homes will be managed by Karbon Homes and DAMHA.
