Law firm snaps up 5,000 sq ft at West One

The grade A office space on Newcastle’s Forth Banks has been taken by law firm Aberdein Considine, with Naylors Gavin Black as the agent on the deal.

Located on the Quayside, the firm will relocate around 70 employees from its former workspace in Newcastle’s Cloth Market.

West One has a roof terrace, dining kitchen, meeting rooms and flexible workspaces. Based on the top floor, Aberdein Considine will mainly offer services to the commercial real estate, employment and corporate, and banking litigation sectors.
