LSH names two directors
Lambert Smith Hampton has promoted valuer Rachel Jones and planner Laura Dixon to directors in the Newcastle office.
Jones has 17 years’ experience in valuation, lease advisory, and expert witness casework across all sectors. She has worked with and advised major financial institutions, corporate bodies, funds, local authorities, and government agencies on a wide range of real-estate matters.
Jones commented: “We have a fantastic team here in Newcastle and I am looking forward to working with our management team in continuing to deliver excellent service for our clients and driving further success for LSH in the region.”
Laura Dixon has been promoted to director after nearly five years with LSH. She has been involved in several major projects, including advising on a recent development consent order examination.
Dixon said: “It is great to work in the North East and alongside property expert colleagues, where together we can help clients to realise their development potential and deliver viable schemes.”
There are now 34 staff including 10 directors in LSH’s Newcastle office. Richard Wilson, head of the Newcastle office, said: “Announcing promotions is a great start to 2024 for the team here in Newcastle after a successful 2023, vindicating the talent we have at LSH and the hard work which has been put in. Whilst we cannot hide from the fact that we are in a difficult market, the start of the year has seen our workload continue to grow in all areas of the business and we will be looking to recruit to strengthen our team further.”
