Muse adds to Yorkshire and North East team
Grace Alderson is joining the company from Vistry as senior development manager.
During her eight years at Vistry, she progressed from a graduate trainee to head of development.
In that time, she led the delivery of major mixed‑use regeneration schemes across London, including Pudding Mill Lane in Stratford, a 1000-home joint venture development with LLDC, and Cambridge Road Estate in Kingston.
Yorkshire-native Alderson has also delivered planning and development work on large-scale, mixed-use town centre projects in Maidenhead, negotiating affordable housing and build-to-rent contracts worth more than £170m.
In her role at Muse, she will support the delivery of the company’s projects in Gateshead, at the Baltic Quarter, and Bradford’s City Village, which are both being delivered alongside Homes England and L&G under the ECF umbrella.
Baltic Quarter is a key site within the Council’s regeneration strategy, aiming to deliver a riverside neighbourhood with new homes, workspace, shops, places to eat and drink, green spaces and improved streets and connections.
In Bradford, City Village is a landmark regeneration project designed to create a new, inclusive neighbourhood in the heart of the city.
The vision includes around 1,000 new homes, active public spaces, and a mix of uses that will help bring more people to live, visit and spend time within the city centre as part of Bradford’s wider transformation.
