Newcastle Probation Office comes to market

Cushman & Wakefield is the agent for the three-storey, 13,000 sq ft building located on St James’ Boulevard in the city centre.

The property is on a freehold acquisition, in an area close to retail, offices, and residential developments, with Newcastle Helix and Newcastle’s Health and Life Science district within half a mile.

The general area has good links to the A1, the A167, and the A19, and the property itself is located just outside of the CSUCP  Freight Management Area, which aims to promote sustainable freight movement.

The main building has a flat tiled roof and double-glazed UVPC windows on basement, ground floor, and first floor.

Ash McCormick from Cushman & Wakefield’s Development & Strategic Advisory team, said: “The property is within a five minute walk of Newcastle Helix and the landmark Hybrid City Quarter – Newcastle’s hub for the Life Sciences, innovation and tech sectors. We expect it will appeal to a range of commercial property developers.”
