Northumbria Healthcare launches £192m construction framework
The facilities management arm of the NHS Trust is looking for small and medium-sized businesses to carry out building works and professional services across its estate, with interested firms told to register by 16 June.
A full contract notice is due to be published on 1 September and the framework will then run for four years from January 2026.
Companies wanting to take part need to register via a questionnaire on the Atamis e-procurement portal. Further details can be found here.
Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust’s portfolio includes 16 hospitals and care centres, including Blyth Community Hospital, Hadrian Health Centre, Morpeth NHS Centre, North Tyneside General Hospital, and Wansbeck General Hospital.
