Northumbria Police acquires Cobalt 9

Formerly occupied by Santander, the sale of the 103,000 sq ft building in North Tyneside is the largest out of town transaction since 2019.
The five-storey building is located on Silver Fox Way at Cobalt Park, which with 30 buildings is a contender to be the UK’s largest business estate.
Avison Young represented Northumbria Police on the transaction, while the vendor – a private investor – was represented by Aidan Baker at Lambert Smith Hampton.
The park was developed by Highbridge Business Park from 1997 and is located on the A19, a 10 minute drive from central Newcastle.
