Plans lodged for £118m government hub

A redevelopment designed by architect Mosedale Gillatt has concluded, with Sunderland City Council now marketing the space to businesses.

Planning permission has been secured for the development of a 1.7m sq ft film and TV production complex, a joint venture between Cain International and Fulwell73 with hefty public sector backing.
