Pegasus appoints senior director of urban design

Scott Thompson will take up the role in the Newcastle office, having previously ran his own architecture company Urban North.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the industry, he has worked with a number of housebuilders on mainly residential developments, including Wynyard Village for Cameron Hall Developments.

Pegasus’ Newcastle team is located in Gainsborough House and now has six members, which is a 30% growth since 2020.

His vast experience of residential developments across the North East, combined with the talent of our existing team, has created a powerhouse of urban design capability.
