Place North launches enhanced MIPIM 2026 offering
Building on the success of the 2025 edition of the global property expo, where Place led a Northern delegation of public and private sector organisations to the South of France, the foundations for next year’s plan have now been put into place early to allow your business as much time as possible to get organised.
Place North has partnered with MIPIM organiser RX Global to spotlight the North of England in 2026.
Like this year, which saw Place take 58 organisations to Cannes, our 2026 offering provides opportunities for local authorities and their joint venture partners in the private sector to elevate themselves at the global property convention and showcase what the North has to offer.
Not content to rest on our laurels after a successful 2025, we have launched an enhanced offering for 2026 that will provide more content, more value, and more opportunities to grow your business.
What’s new – Events
At MIPIM 2026, Place North will, for the first time, host an investor breakfast giving delegates the chance to get in front of the people and companies with capital to deploy and meet new faces.
We heard from you that MIPIM 2025 was lacking in industrial and logistics content. That’s why, in 2026, Place North will be hosting an I&L breakfast conference that will explore the issues and opportunities facing this vital sector of the market.
What’s new – Packages
All packages now include discounted tickets to the expo so you can get the most out of your time in Cannes. The three tiers of packages – partner, pro, and prestige – offer between one and four tickets to the conference as well as access to a host of other benefits.

What’s new – Sponsorship
For the first time, Place is offering a company the opportunity to sponsor editorial content from MIPIM 2026 across all three publications; Place North West, Place Yorkshire, and Place North East.
Last year, Place North’s article were read by 46,000 people.
