Rebrand for Naylors
The Newcastle-based commercial property consultancy formerly known as Naylors Gavin Black has relaunched itself with a snappier title, alongside a strategic growth plan.
The three-year strategy involves targeted senior recruitment to add to its 40-strong team, placing a greater emphasis on occupier services and geographical expansion.
Naylors provides commercial real estate services to the industrial and office agency markets, working alongside occupiers, private investros, property companies, institutions, and developers.
Managing partner and industrial agency lead, Keith Stewart, said: “The refreshed identity reflects our progression in recent years and better showcases our established market expertise alongside our highly personal approach to advising clients on strategic property decisions.
“Central to our future plans is empowering the next generation of partners to play a greater role in shaping our long-term direction.
“Our new strategy brings a sharper focus, continued investment across the business and a commitment to supporting clients as market conditions, occupational patterns and investment structures continue to change.”
Partner and investment agency lead, Chris Donabie, adds: “Our new identity represents a consultancy built for what’s next, meaning – forward-looking, adaptable and focused on helping clients navigate complexity with assurance.
“While our brand has evolved, our commitment to independent advice, integrity and long-term client relationships remains unchanged.”
