Tata Consultancy Services moves into Darlington’s Beehive
The business solutions provider has let 13,000 sq ft at the Lingfield Point building from landlord Frogmore.
TCS has operated in the UK for 50 years and has 22,000 employees across the UK and Ireland. Its continued expansion reflects a target of creating 5,000 more jobs over the next three years.
The company’s client base is made up of around 200 British companies, including 48 listed on the FTSE 100.
Tandem Property Asset Management manages the business park, which has carried out refurbishment works and introduced improved amenities across the site.
