Whistl on the move to Boldon Business Park
The e-fulfilment specialist has taken 10,000 sq ft in a relocation of its North East-based contact services team from Gateshead to South Tyneside.
Agent Naylors Gavin Black brokered the deals to let Units 1 & 2 at The Bulrushes in Boldon Business Park, on behalf of the landlord, a private investor.
Savills acted for Whistl Group.
Whistl Group, headquartered in Marlow, is a £770m+ revenue company that handles more than 3.6bn items a year and provides services in the UK and internationally.
Whistl also has another base in the region, at Follingsby Park in Washington.

NGB has also just completed a letting of the ground floor of Unit 3 to construction and engineering business, NG Bailey. Three neighbouring office units are available to let, ranging from 2,765 sq. ft. to 6,465 sq. ft.
