- ANDREW LYNN, DTRE | Andrew has over 20 years’ experience working in the North West market. He specialises in representing investors, developers and occupiers, primarily advising on the disposal and acquisition of existing buildings and providing advice on new build logistics schemes.
- NICOLA SHARKEY, GLEEDS | Nicola is head of intelligence at Gleeds and a chartered quantity surveyor. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Nicola now focuses her time researching construction and market data and developing strategies that unlock efficiency and innovation within the built environment.
- PAUL RICHARDS, STOCKPORT COUNCIL | Paul has delivered schemes across the retail, leisure, office, and light industrial sectors for the council, who have taken a direct interventionist approach to changing its town. Paul is also the chief executive of Stockport Mayoral Development Corporation and has lead on the delivery of both its strategic vision and a number of schemes.
- AIDAN BANNON, GLENCAR | Aidan has nearly 20 years commercial and estimating experience in construction and is currently estimating director North for Glencar. Previously he was managing estimator at Russell WBHO after being at the business for over 18 years.
- DAN BURN, PANATTONI | Dan is responsible for accelerating the company’s land purchase, build-to-suit and spec build programme across both the North West and Yorkshire Region. With 20 years transactional experience, Dan is well recognised within the market, having been involved in many of the UK’s pre-eminent industrial & logistics schemes.
- PETER BARTLEY, AEW ARCHITECTS | Peter is a sustainability professional with over 15 years of industry experience providing energy and sustainability consultancy services. Together with his team, he helps design passivhaus projects, net zero carbon buildings and aims for the highest BREEAM ratings.
- ANDY PEXTON, HARWORTH | Andrew is formerly one of the region’s leading industrial agents, with over 30 years of experience. He is now leading the developer’s team in the North West. Harworth is currently working on industrial projects in St Helens, Stoke and Bolton.
- CATHERINE CHILVERS, NETWORK SPACE | Catherine joined Network Space in 2016 and has previously held development positions at Leeds City Council, the North West Regional Development Agency and Homes England. Catherine is responsible for planning, development and delivery of a wide range of regeneration and industrial led development projects across the North West.
- HENRIETTA DANIELS, TILSTONE | Henrietta is an asset manager at Tilstone Partners managing Warehouse REIT. Henrietta has 10 years’ experience in the North West market and is responsible for a portfolio of industrial and logistics assets across the North West and Yorkshire.
- ALICE ROUTLEDGE, ASTEER PLANNING | Since becoming a chartered town planner in 2015 Alice has established herself as a commercially minded planning & strategic advisor. Alice advises clients on projects in a range of sectors across the North of England including mixed-use, regeneration, housing, employment, commercial, leisure & retail.
- PAUL CAMAC, AECOM | Paul has over 30 years experience in the for developers, contractors and consultancy firms. He is now cost management director for AECOM North working across the commercial sectors including industrial and logistics, commercial mixed used and regeneration.
