Naylors strengthens property management team

Commercial property consultancy Naylors has appointed Chris Wild as head of facilities management as part of its plans to expand its property management offering and support clients across the UK.

Based at the firm’s Newcastle headquarters, Wild joins Naylors’ property & facilities management team, led by partner Katy Clark, bringing more than 30 years of experience in property and operations management.

His previous roles include positions with Groundwork and John Lewis.

In his new role, Wild will oversee a nationwide portfolio of industrial, office, retail and investment assets, supporting facilities management services for the consultancy’s clients.

Chris Wild said: “The opportunity to get back to managing property full time, leading a team of FMs, was too good to miss and particularly for a business I knew well and respected.

“I am most looking forward to using my experience to help develop the slightly less-experienced members of the FM team and to support the property managers in their roles.

“I will also going be looking at processes and procedures with the aim of driving both efficiencies and standards to facilitate the growth we are looking for.”

Partner at Naylors, Katy Clark, said: “Property management is our biggest department and the fastest growing – Chris will play a key role in its future and we are delighted to have him onboard.”
