Buccleuch lets 100,000 sq ft in Peterlee
Occupier The Storage Place has agreed 10-year terms on the warehouse at North West Industrial Estate, within six weeks of the space being vacated by its previous tenant.
The high bay industrial warehouse at 1 Fiennes Road extends to 100,240sq ft on a self-contained 5.17-acre secure site, including service yard and car parking.

It is located on the established North West Industrial Estate, home to major occupiers including Caterpillar, NSK Bearings, TRW Automotives and GT Group.
The Storage Place, represented by Frew Pain and Partners, has signed a 10-year FRI lease.
Buccleuch Property was represented by Avison Young and Naylors Gavin Black.
