Kitwave expands at Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate

The wholesaler has acquired 28,000 sq ft of additional space and regeared its existing 135,000 sq ft facility at the North Shields industrial park.

Kitwave was advised by Bradley Hall, which said that the deal will secure the company’s long-term future at the park. Principal asset manager Anthony Cape represented Kitwave on te deal.

In total, an additional 28,484 sq ft has been taken, joining the 134,796 sq ft legacy facility.

Cape said: “This transaction represents an important milestone for Kitwave and demonstrates its long-term commitment to the North East. By securing additional accommodation alongside a regear of its existing headquarters, the business has created the flexibility and certainty needed to support its continued growth.

“It was a pleasure to advise Kitwave throughout the process and help deliver a solution that meets both its immediate operational requirements and future ambitions.”

Kitwave is now committed to TTTE with a fresh 15-year lease, supporting the group’s continued operational growth and long-term presence in the North East.

The deal is one of a number completed by Cape and Bradley Hall’s lease advisory & rent reviews department this year, having launched the service line early in 2026.

Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate is owned and operated by UK Land Estates, the largest owner of industrial estates in the region.
