New director for Bellway

Matt Grayson is joining as group sales and customer experience director, and will be based at the group’s headquarters in Newcastle.

Grayson has spent the last eight years at Redrow, and his remit will include sales, marketing, communications, and customer experience.

At Redrow, Matt was group customer and marketing director and group communications director, and prior to that he has held other communications roles in financial services, sport, and agencies.

He will also become a member of the Executive Committee.

He will take over from Maria Seed, who will be retiring in March 2025, following 25 years with Bellway.

Jason Honeyman, chief executive at Bellway, said: “His wealth of experience inside and outside the sector will help Bellway evolve its customer experience offering, including the ongoing development of our digital offerings to our customers.

“I would also like to thank Maria Seed, who is retiring from the business after 25 years.

“Having started out in Bellway’s North West Division, Maria moved to Head Office to oversee Sales and Marketing. Across these roles, her exceptional contribution to Bellway has been felt throughout the business.

“I wish Maria a happy and healthy retirement.”
