NGB boosts building consultancy team
Regional property firm Naylors Gavin Black has brought in James Dixon at associate partner level as division head Scott Clarke looks to grow the department.
Partner Clarke, who heads up NGB’s building consultancy service, has appointed Dixon as to help him develop and grow his team.
Dixon brings 20 years’ industry experience and has worked for several national commercial real estate firms including Knight Frank, JLL, Hollis and Summers-Inman.
He will be working across the full spectrum of building surveying work and brings particular expertise in technical due diligence, project management and party wall matters to his role.
Dixon said: “It was incredibly important to me that I moved to a company that looks after and supports their staff.
