Plans in for Jade Business Park phase two
Buckinghamshire Properties has submitted a reserved matters application for three industrial units measuring 220,000 sq ft for the development in County Durham.
The units will vary in size, from 50,000 sq ft to 90,000 sq ft.
Located off the A19 and close to Murton, South Hetton, and Hawthorn, phase one of the site is already complete.
Designed by Frank Shaw and supported by DPP Planning and Cundall, the application also covers parking, access, landscaping, and drainage.

The former 14-acre colliery site is rough grassland and is bounded by farmland, woodland, and phase one of the park.
The application follows the completion of upgrades to the A19, with more lanes added and a pedestrian and cycling bridge installed to allow for the future expansion of Jade Business Park.
Carried out by BAM, the works allow for extra traffic capacity at the A19/A182 junction near Murton, to accommodate future growth in the area.
When complete, the park will provide around 500,000 sq ft of commercial space.
