Allendale looks to populate Stocksfield hub

Landlord Allendale Estates hopes the new development at Stocksfield Hall Business Park will attract a range of occupiers and amenities including health and beauty, fitness and wellbeing, hospitality, arts and creative studio uses, independent retailers, and light Industrial.
The plan is to echo the success of South Acomb Business Park, which now has a range of office occupiers, as well as Coffee Barn and a retail offer including furniture and interiors shop, Jasmine & Lilah.
The available units, which are converted agricultural buildings, range in size from 2,000 sq ft to 14,864 sq ft, and while office use is still on the table, Allendale is encouraging other uses.
