AspinallVerdi relocates Newcastle office

The property regeneration consultancy has moved from The Core at Newcastle Helix to Grainger Hub on Grainger Street, five years after establishing its presence in the city.

The relocation follows a sustained period of growth for AspinallVerdi’s Newcastle team, which provides advisory, regeneration and development consultancy services across the North East.

Since opening its Newcastle office, AspinallVerdi has built a growing portfolio of public and private sector work across regeneration, development and placemaking, with recent clients including Homes England, Northumberland Council, Darlington Council, Taylor Wimpey, Vinci Developments, and Gentoo Group.

The growth of the Newcastle operation has also been supported by investment in future talent, with the recent appointment of Laurence Trevor on a year-out placement from Northumbria University.

The move to Grainger Hub marks the latest stage in the development of AspinallVerdi’s North East presence as the consultancy continues to work across major regeneration and development projects in the region.

Brett Devenish, director and head of the Newcastle office of AspinallVerdi. said: “Identifying and securing a well-located new office such as Grainger Hub, builds on the success of our five years in Newcastle, and with the appointment of Laurence we’re well positioned to continue our growth trajectory.”
