Barker Proudlove on board at Newcastle University

The firm will advise on the commercial aspects of campus estate masterplanning, with the first disposal already on the market.

No 1-4 Claremont Terrace is a former University office premises, located next to the Royal Victoria Infirmary in the Framlington Conservation Area.

The 14,000 sq ft building is being sold on an unconditional basis and sits at the junction of Claremont Terrace and North Terrace in the Spital Tongues area of the city.

Made up of two buildings that have been internally connected, it has been owned by Newcastle University since 1967. Offers are invited via an informal tender process.
