Bradley Hall launches new landlord service

The property consultancy said it wants to help landlords better manage their portfolios with the new residential lettings and management offering.

Bradley Hall said that the service is tailored to landlords who own residential properties as they look to comply with legislation.

The service will also see the Bradley Hall team help with tenant acquisition, marketing properties, rent collection, maintenance and repairs and compliance and financials for clients.

Another benefit, the firm said, is that the new team will provide a single point of focus for landlords with properties in different areas, who would previously have had to deal with multiple offices.

Katie Kinchella, residential lettings manager at Bradley Hall, has been appointed to oversee the service. She said: “We are excited to finally announce the launch of our combined Residential Lettings and Management service.

“Designed for landlords, with the support of our dedicated and knowledgeable team, our goal is to empower landlords by simplifying their day-to-day tasks and allowing them to focus on what they do best in making strategic investment decisions.

“The feedback we’ve received thus far has been great and we are confident that the service will provide a huge boost to the region’s landlords.”

The set-up of the team has received input by the property firm’s directors who believe the end-to-end solution could provide a major boost to landlords.

Laura Walker, head of property management at Bradley Hall, said: “Dealing with over 150 different pieces of legislation is just one of the many problems that today’s landlords have to face, and that is before even finding tenants for their properties.

“Management is never an easy task, and we take away that burden allowing buy-to-let landlord’s more time to focus on enhancing and building their portfolio.

“What this service will do is streamline the entire process, from securing tenants to managing repairs and remaining compliant, making the landlord’s job easier and simpler for them and their customers.

“It’s a real win-win for everybody and we’re excited to see it rolled out more widely. We’d encourage any landlord interested in finding out more to get in touch.”
