FPS leases 36,000 sq ft at Team Valley 

Naylors Gavin Black are joint agents with Knight Frank on the Gateshead new-build industrial unit owned by UK Land Estates.

FPS has signed a 15-year term and will use the building as a regional distribution centre.

The unit has solar panels, air source heat pumps, EV charging stations, and is rated EPC A.

UK Land Estates is now on site at Centralway building a 65,000 sq ft industrial unit.

“The letting to a business like FPS on a long lease demonstrates that there is healthy demand for mid-size units in the region. We’re expecting high interest in UK Land’s 65,000 sq ft warehouse now under construction, which will be available in Q4 this year.”
