LV Logistics signs for 16,000 sq ft at Infinity Park
Hellens Group’s scheme, within Monkton Business Park South in South Tyneside, has a new tenant after the firm agreed a 10-year lease.
The 16,469 sq ft Unit B is one of three units developed at Infinity Park. The Hebburn scheme is billed as superbly located within the Tyneside conurbation giving easy access to the A1 and A19 corridors as well as the national trunk road network.
Gavin Cordwell-Smith, chief executive of Hellens Group, said: “We are hugely proud of our work in developing Monkton Business Park and its capacity to deliver the units needed for companies like LV to grow. We look forward to welcoming them to site.”
Phil Hood of LV Logistics added: “The new warehouse is part of LV’s planned, continuing growth across its UK operations. We’ve already had firm enquiries for storage from our existing customers and we believe the Infinity Park site allows us to offer real quality and value to them as an integral part of our wider logistics service.”
Joint agents on the site are Avison Young and HTA Real Estate.
Adam Lawson, surveyor at the former, said: “We are delighted to have secured LV as tenants in this high-quality industrial warehouse unit. This letting highlights that the industrial market in the northeast remains robust, even in turbulent economic times.”
