McKelvey joins Avison Young
Previously land director at Bellway Homes North East, Mark McKelvey has been appointed as a director in the consultancy’s place team in Newcastle.
In this role, he will deal with land transactions, planning, development and public sector consultancy.
Having served as land director at Bellway North East. he was subsequently promoted to group projects director (strategic land) at plc level for the national housebuilder.
McKelvey brings a wealth of consultancy, strategic land and transactional experience which will reinforce the public sector work Avison Young is involved with across the northern region, as well as new opportunities within the public sector, the firm said.
