Miller set for Northumberland nod

The housebuilder’s application for 108 homes in Seahouses is recommended for approval at the council’s planning meeting on Tuesday.

Set on a 13-acre agricultural site, houses will range from two- to five-bedroom houses with off-street parking, garages, gardens, and public open space.

Seahouses is on the Northumberland coast, around 12 miles north of Alnwick.

Located to the north west of the village by Broad Road, the site is already allocated for residential development.

The scheme has been supported by Savills, Blake Hopkinson Architecture, landscape consultants PDP, Biodiverse Consulting, MilestoneTransport Planning, engineers Queensberry Design, NJD Environmental, Roberts Environmental, and arboricultural consultant Elliot Consultancy.
