Muse renews Place partnership

The estate agency group has acquired a 5,800 sq ft building on the Silverlink business park in North Tyneside to expand its headquarters.

The demolition is part of the council’s plan for the regeneration of Walker, with up to 50 affordable homes due to be built on the site. 

NewcastleGateshead Initiative has led delegations to the exhibition since 2015, and next year will be joined by Newcastle City Council, Gateshead Council, and private companies such as Ryder Architecture, Avison Young, NCG, Eldon Square, and Gainford Group. 

Plans have been submitted by the developer for the final piece of the Mount Oswald project, which began in 2013 and will comprise 291 homes, offices, and retail space. 

Stockton Council’s town centre investment team is leading on the project, alongside Tees Active, which operates the existing Pavilion gym and will manage the new facility.

The housebuilder has submitted plans for 149 homes next to the development in County Durham. 

A 31,000 sq ft warehouse off Waldridge Way, along with 10,000 sq t of open space, takes 3Sixty 3PL’s capacity in South Shields beyond 71,000 sq ft.
