Prime Group to develop Durham industrial
The property business has launched its Prime Point development, an industrial scheme of two units totalling close to 80,000 sq ft.
Prime Group has appointed HTA Real Estate and Connect Property North East as joint agents on the scheme, which will comprise units of 36,069 sq ft and 41,592 sq ft.
Prime Point Durham is located at Carlbury Road, Newton Aycliffe, just off the A167 and close to the A1(M). It sits within the wider Aycliffe Business Park.
Both of the units include ancillary office space, and offer eaves heights of up to 12 metres. Each unit will include around 35 car parking spaces, including EV charging points. EPC ‘A’ ratings will be targeted.

“Buildings of this size are currently non-existent on the estate, as occupancy levels are at a record high.”
The units are available on a design and build basis.
