STACK starts countdown to next opening
Just in time for the busy Christmas season, the leisure operator’s offer at Worswick Chambers in Newcastle’s Pilgrim Street will be up and running from Tuesday 2 December.
Billed as the firm’s flagship site, the grade two-listed Worswick Chambers has undergone a multi-million pound refurbishment.
Along with the blend of bars, street food and entertainment spaces that have made STACK’s name, it will also be the first STACK venue in the North East to offer Sideshow – the circus-themed competitive socialising experience, which todate has only been operating in Lincoln.
Sideshow features shuffleboard and darts, along with karaoke booths, using tech such as camera tracking and automated scoring systems.
Retaining a variety of original features, Worswick Chambers will offer eight bars, eight street food outlets and an outdoor terrace with a stage and large screen set across three floors.
ZZA Pizzeria, Bao Down, Acropolis, Brack Burger and We Are Melt, which opened at St. James’ STACK earlier this summer, and YOLO Coffee and Kitchen will all feature at STACK Newcastle.
A newcomer to the region is Pattersons, a Liverpool-based fried chicken operator moving out of its home city for the first time.
The venue also has three external units, with details of all of the occupiers to follow in the near future.
