Trinity Chare redevelopment completes
The 13th century building on Newcastle’s Quayside has been renovated into grade A offices by JK Property Consultants and a team that also includes Design North, Dene Building Consultancy, and Evenii.
The grade one-listed property measures 2,000 sq ft and can be let out for £20/sq ft.
Owned by The Corporation of the Newcastle upon Tyne Trinity House and located within the Quayside professional district, JK Property advised on the asset strategy and commercial improvement of 4-6 Trinity Chare.
Interior design was delivered by Scott Stewart of Design North, while Paul Harrison of Dene Building Consultancy oversaw the listed building consent, procurement, and project monitoring, and works were carried out by contractor Evenii.
The refurbishment looked to blend its medieval heritage with modern office needs, and completed on time and within budget.
Located a short walk from the river and close to Crown Court, the property is set within a courtyard alongside Trinity House.
