Educators fill Newcastle Business Park building

Nudge Education and Nudge Minds have each taken space at Sirius House, taking it to fully let.

Avison Young and JRBT Commercial are joint agents on the building.

Sirius House is a semi-detached two storey office building comprising the 3,132 sq ft Unit 1 and the 3,135 sq ft Unit 2, These have been let in two separate 10-year leases.

Each unit has the benefit of 12 dedicated car park spaces.

The Nudge businesses are specialist tutoring organisations, working with local authorities and schools to tackle disengagement in students.
