IsoPartner signs for 58,000 sq ft North Tyneside HQ
The fabrication and distribution company has chosen Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate as the location for its new UK headquarters, in a deal brokered by Knight Frank.
The move to Intersect 19 will double its capacity as the company grows and relocates from its current properties in Seaton Delayal and North Shields, which jointly measure 25,000 sq ft.
IsoPartner operates from 12 UK locations and delivers high-performance fabrication solutions, such as thermal and acoustic insulation, fire protection, and ventilation accessories.
The letting coincides with construction completing on UK Land Estates’ latest development at Intersect 19, Unit L7, a purpose-built logistics unit of 73,000 sq ft being jointly marketed joint by Knight Frank and Savills.
STP Construction commenced work on the unit in September last year, with local design partners including FaulknerBrowns, Portland Consulting Engineers, and Kinetic.
Steve Renney, chief executive of IsoPartner UK, said: “Our new 58,000 sq ft HQ gives us the capacity to double output, bring new manufacturing lines online, and create skilled jobs, with the space for us to operate optimally and double our workforce over the next two years.”
Ashley Lawson, finance director of IsoPartner, said: “We chose this property because we wanted to keep our roots in North Tyneside, and it has great transport links across the UK and Europe.”
Mark Proudlock, partner at Knight Frank, said: “It’s fantastic to see a home-grown company doing so well and taking market-leading space in the region.”
