McAlpine to deliver £26m NESST in Newcastle

Global investor Hines has agreed to back the development of more than 500 Newcastle homes on behalf of its Hines European Property Partners fund in partnership with Olympian Homes.

Nudge Education and Nudge Minds have each taken space at Sirius House, taking it to fully let.

Five deals have been agreed, bringing a range of tenants to the South Tyneside Council-owned business hub.
