Restore Information Management has signed a 15-year full repairing and insuring lease on the 84,000 sq ft, five-unit hub at Integra 61.

Joint agents Avison Young, CBRE, and Naylors Gavin Black acted on behalf of Sunrise Real Estate, a pan-European developer and asset manager of logistics properties.

Connect 64 is the largest speculative new build project in the North East for the last two decades, and comprises 84,175 sq ft of logistics space split into five units ranging from 43,000 sq ft to 299,000 sq ft.

All units are built to BREEAM Excellent standards.

Danny Cramman, director at Avison Young, said: “The units offer best-in class space for occupiers with excellent access to the A1(M); there is already strong interest in the scheme, and we look forward to  achieving further lettings in 2025.”

Jenny Wang, COO and head of asset management at Sunrise Real Estate said: “This letting highlights the significant demand that exists for modern, high-quality logistics properties with strong sustainability credentials in this location.”

Nigel Dews, managing director, Restore Information Management, commented “This fits nicely with our wider property strategy to continue to provide state-of-the-art storage facilities for our customers, which also help with reaching our sustainability targets.”
