Stockton to deliberate Thornaby leisure centre

The housebuilder has submitted plans for 149 homes next to the development in County Durham. 

A 31,000 sq ft warehouse off Waldridge Way, along with 10,000 sq t of open space, takes 3Sixty 3PL’s capacity in South Shields beyond 71,000 sq ft.

More than 20,000 new homes could be built off the back of the investment, which aims to make it easier for SME developers to access credit. 

Plans by Jomast to bring more than 165,000 sq ft of industrial and trade counter space to the derelict Sunderland site have been approved.

Joint developers Keepmoat and Strata are hoping for approval on the site, which will add to ongoing development in the area and was designed by Newcastle-based Pod architects. 

Middlesbrough Development Corporation and its partners iMpeC and Buccleuch have chosen the contractor to deliver the Gresham regeneration project.

Placefirst and Place North will collaborate throughout 2025 to shine a light on the developer’s projects and bolster its mission to make a long-term difference in communities across the North.

The four-unit development at Turbine Business Park in Washington was bought by the property company from Block Industrial. 

The contractor has completed the steel framework of a £15.7m waste-to-energy facility for client Fornax Environmental Solutions.
