H&H Land & Estates looks for growth

The surveying, estate, and letting agent has promoted Hannah Maynard to associate, to support expansion and development of its land agency business.

Maynard is a chartered surveyor and RICS registered valuer, and will operate from the Northallerton and Durham offices.

Originally from North Yorkshire, Maynard worked for H&H Land & Estates on a placement year while completing an Honours degree in rural enterprise and land management at Harper Adams University.

She then joined H&H full time after graduating in 2018 and works across the full spectrum of H&H Land & Estates services, including landlord and tenant matters, valuations, property management, and access and compensation negotiations.
